JA Workforce Coaching Badge

Earned by completing a four-hour coach training program to prepare for working one-on-one as a coach with a young adult participant, to provide support and guidance in career development. Coach training includes strategy, expectations of goals and outcomes, the target population, the coaching mindset, coaching skills, accountability, technology and logistical training, credentialing, and a detailed overview of each of the five phases and 12 topics covered in the JA Workforce Coaching program.
